Returns solely for products damaged caused by manufacturer or in delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and we also require proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping is non-refundable

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on our side. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at ur expense.

If your return is approved, we will be responsible for shipping.

We make use of The Courier Guy for all shipments.

Your products should be delivered at the given address between 2-7 working days from payment received. Please note that delivery can take up to 12 working days for remote locations.

Please take weekends and public holidays into account for this.
